Seen as the typical "big guy”, Ed came to Mission Fitness with great brute strength but not the necessary conditioning to properly sustain a muscle contraction for an extended period of time. In Ed's sport, your strength is only as good as your conditioning. At 6' 4" and 300lbs, Ed had close to 30% body fat.

By following the Peak Performance program and implementing his customized diet plan, he is now able to sustain a fighting weight of 245lbs, with under 10% body fat. This low body fat percentage allows his body to work better, faster, and stronger.

Truly achieving peak performance. Ed  has faced opponents that appear to be more advanced and stronger, but with improved stamina and strength gained through this program, he has achieved victory in each one of his fights. 

Some opponents he has beaten in the ring  have  been much bigger than him. Some standing at 6'8" 330lbs, nearly outweighing him by 100lbs , carrying higher belts, and have trained in the traditional powerlifting type routines with high gym stats. They may have power but they are unable to stand up to the "MAT" strength that this program gives you.
